June 2026: Australian customer representatives with the STARWAY team in Shanghai.
STARWAY MFG GROUP recently welcomed returning Australian customer SZ to STARWAY Shanghai and the STARWAY Nantong manufacturing base on October 21–22, 2026. Following an initial visit in June focused on sample orders and production arrangements, the latest meetings centered on new product development, batch-order planning, product quality, and packaging inspection.

During the first visit in June, the customer met with STARWAY leadership and project personnel in Shanghai, including STARWAY founder and CEO Billy, Development Manager Harris, and Sales Representative Diana. Discussions focused on sample-order requirements, project coordination, and arranging the next manufacturing steps.
The return visit in October marked a further stage of collaboration. Customer representatives met with STARWAY Development Manager Harris and the development team to discuss new product requirements and matters related to batch orders. These conversations provided an opportunity to align technical expectations with practical manufacturing and delivery considerations.

After the Shanghai discussions, STARWAY Development Manager Harris and Sales Representative Diana accompanied the visitors to STARWAY Nantong, where the customer reviewed physical products and discussed manufacturing quality, packaging arrangements, and inspection-related requirements.
For custom marine equipment and boarding-ladder products, a factory visit provides an opportunity to assess more than the finished appearance. Product consistency, handling protection, packaging configuration, and inspection checkpoints all contribute to a dependable batch-production process. The October visit focused on reviewing these topics with the factory team; it should not be interpreted as a final approval of all inspection or delivery requirements.

At STARWAY MFG GROUP, customer visits connect engineering discussions with the manufacturing environment. Reviewing samples, clarifying new product requirements, and examining packaging and inspection expectations together helps teams identify open questions before subsequent production stages.
STARWAY appreciates the continued trust of its Australian customer and looks forward to progressing the next steps through close communication between the customer, development team, and manufacturing personnel.
