Chilean clients met the STARWAY engineering team on site to review part applications, machining capabilities and the cooperation direction.

We recently welcomed our Chilean clients to our factory for on-site technical and business discussions with our engineering team. The visit covered new product design ideas, the real-world application of the parts involved, and the direction of continued cooperation between the two companies.

On-Site Technical and Business Discussions

The clients travelled to our facility to meet the engineering team in person. Working through a project face to face allows drawings, part requirements and production questions to be resolved in a single session rather than across a long exchange of emails — which matters when the customer and the manufacturer are on opposite sides of the world.

Both sides used the time to go through the current project in detail and to align on what the next stage of work should look like.

New Product Design Ideas and Part Applications

During the visit, both sides discussed new product design ideas, sorted out the actual application scenarios and existing problems of the parts, and communicated targeted solutions in detail.

Understanding how a part is actually used — where it sits in the assembly, what it has to withstand, and which features are critical — is what allows manufacturing suggestions to be practical rather than theoretical. Our design engineering team works with customers at exactly this stage.

Introducing Our Production and CNC Machining Capabilities

We fully introduced our production and CNC machining processing capabilities, technical strengths and quality control system on site, helping clients know our manufacturing strength intuitively.

Seeing the workshop, the equipment and the quality control process first hand gives an overseas buyer something that no capability brochure can: direct evidence. This is one of the reasons we encourage customers to visit whenever a project justifies the trip.

Confirming the Cooperation Direction and New Orders

Based on in-depth communication and full recognition of our strength, the two parties further confirmed the cooperation direction and reached a consensus on new orders.
