STARWAY works with materials including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass and copper. Available thickness ranges depend on the material, part geometry and required operations. Please share your drawings so our engineers can confirm process feasibility and equipment capacity.
Achievable tolerances depend on the material, thickness, part size, geometry and manufacturing process. Critical dimensions, hole positions, bend angles and assembly interfaces should be identified on the drawing. STARWAY reviews these requirements before confirming the applicable tolerance and inspection plan.
Depending on the drawing and project requirements, a sheet metal project may combine laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, stamping, grinding, surface finishing, hardware insertion and assembly. The final process route is confirmed after an engineering review.
Lead time depends on material availability, part complexity, required operations, finishing, inspection requirements and order quantity. Share your drawings and target delivery date so STARWAY can confirm a project-specific production schedule.
Available finishing options may include powder coating, E-coating, polishing, brushing, silk-screen printing and laser marking. Finish selection depends on the base material, service environment, appearance requirements and functional needs. Please specify the color, coating thickness, masking areas and visible surfaces where applicable.
The review may cover material, manufacturability, critical dimensions, bend features, assembly interfaces and finishing requirements. Inspection can include first-article verification, in-process dimensional checks, visual and surface inspection, and pre-shipment verification. Required inspection records should be confirmed before production.
