The End of March
our company's various departments performed exceptionally well, exceeding the first-quarter performance targets. Therefore, in mid-March, we held a commendation conference to recognize the achievements of each business and engineering team. Cash rewards were distributed in red envelopes to those who met their performance goals. Everyone freely expressed their thoughts, discussing both work and personal life, immersed in the joy of successfully completing the goals for March. As the meeting neared its conclusion, everyone looked forward to the next quarter and confidently set performance targets for the upcoming quarter.
