Starway's operations are organized into three core teams: Sheet Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining, and Injection Molding providing professional services to more than 1,500 customers each year. Our project coordinators all have over 5 to 8 years of industry experience and specialize in providing expert consulting services to our customers. Their responsibilities include answering customer questions, resolving technical issues, and recommending the most appropriate manufacturing solutions. Starway has four specialized workshops: sheet metal working workshop, CNC machining workshop, injection workshop, and stamping workshop, which can design and produce more than 500 kinds of products every year. These independent workshops work closely together and are equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment to efficiently perform a variety of processes. For example, the sheet metal workshop is equipped with bending machines, welding machines, and laser cutting machines, while the CNC workshop uses CNC lathes and machining centers. Each shop is staffed by experienced and skilled workers (3-5 years of experience) who can efficiently manage high-volume and multi-lot orders, minimizing material waste and speeding up the production and shipping process. Starway's Procurement Department has a diverse and stable network of upstream suppliers that can provide a wide range of materials. Our purchasing team specializes in quickly and accurately targeting material types and efficiently completing purchases according to customer needs, ensuring on-time delivery. Strict quality control and traceable material certificates ensure that our customers receive cost-effective product solutions.
Starway has a team of experienced engineers with 10 to 15 years of experience in product and project development. Based on the documents provided by customers (3D models, CAD drawings, engineering drawings, etc.), our engineers can accurately identify the key difficulties in processing and design, propose the best solutions, and provide accurate quotations. After confirming the details of the product with the customer, our engineers will also go into the factory and work closely with the production manager on the production process to ensure that the project moves forward smoothly. At Starway, our prototypes can be completed in as little as 3 days, helping you to capture the market lead.
Starway's commitment to excellence in quality assurance is due to our rigorous order management system. Each project is fully covered by 3 to 4 quality inspectors. Every step of the process is covered, from the kick-off meeting and drawing confirmation to the first piece inspection, interim quality report, final product inspection, and packaging. We strictly enforce each step of the process to ensure that the quality of our products always meets our customers' high standards.

To ensure smooth production of orders, we have established a comprehensive order process system. Before production, we hold a kick-off (KICK-OFF) meeting to ensure that all internal teams fully understand the technical requirements. During the production process, we standardize the operation of each workstation through work instruction sheets. Before shipment, the team develops a detailed quality checklist that covers all necessary checks to ensure that the quality of the product meets the customer's requirements.
During the production process, we are always open and transparent, preparing and sharing weekly ALL-In reports with our customers to ensure that they are well informed of production progress, quality control, packaging details, and delivery status or any other questions or concerns.
