Staway believe that quality is the core of business development, thus we invest more time and labor on quality control. Before mass production, the samples will be inspected in details, and prepare First Article Inspection Report to clients with our improvement suggestions.
Dupro (During production inspection): Regular on-site inspection during production and weekly updated to clients to ensure quality consistency.
PSI (Pre-shipment inspection): Based on client’s requirement of finish, quantity, packaging, label, an overall inspection will be conducted before shipping.
Starway engineers are with 10+ years experience in relevant fields. They are capable of working out “Design Improvement Plan” to help client lower their cost.
Project Team： In Starway, there will be at least 8 project workers involved in each project leading by experienced project manager. They would spare no efforts to ensure the project goes smoothly and also keep clients weekly updated about production and delivery
Engineering Team： In Starway, there are the technical engineers with 10+ year experience in their specialized fields. Though we are the manufacturer of customized products based on clients’ design, we still spent much efforts and work with customers to improve the design and decrease cost based on our experience.
Quality Team：Quality control, as the base of business success, is always the priority and Core advantage in Starway. Our quality engineers are specialized in metal manufacturing fields for 5+ years who are involved in the project quality management during the whole process.
